Payment & digital delivery

What we sell

VERA sells digital educational materials, including electronic guides, workbooks, audio materials and online learning products about communication and relationships. Each product page states what is included, its language and format, and the total price before checkout.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by WayForPay using the payment methods shown at checkout. The checkout page displays the charged currency and final amount before you confirm payment. VERA does not receive or store your full payment-card number.

Delivery

These are digital products; no physical goods are shipped. After a successful payment, access is provided through a download or access link on the confirmation page and/or sent to the email address entered at checkout. Delivery is normally immediate, but please allow up to 15 minutes.

If access has not arrived, check the spam or promotions folder and then contact [email protected]. Include the email used at checkout and the order reference. We will restore access or provide the file manually.

Availability

Digital delivery is available online in countries where the product and the selected payment method may lawfully be used. The customer is responsible for entering a working email address and having software capable of opening the stated file format.
