Refund policy

Effective date: 20 September 2026.

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days after purchase by emailing [email protected]. Include the email address used at checkout, the order reference if available, and the name of the product.

If a file is defective, the access link does not work, or the delivered product materially differs from its description, we will first offer a working replacement or restored access. You may request a full refund instead.

An approved refund is returned through the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and the customer’s bank.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under law. A request is assessed by the seller identified on the Seller & contact page.
