Terms of sale and use

Effective date: 20 September 2026.

1. Seller and acceptance

These terms are a public offer by the seller listed on the Seller & contact page. By placing and paying for an order, the customer accepts these terms and the product description shown before checkout.

2. Products and contract

VERA provides digital educational materials about communication and relationships. A contract is formed when the payment provider confirms successful payment. The product, format, language, contents, price and charged currency are shown on the relevant product and checkout pages.

3. Educational scope

The materials provide general education and practical reflection tools. They are not psychotherapy, medical, legal or crisis services, and they do not assess or diagnose the customer or another person. No particular relationship outcome is promised.

4. Payment and delivery

Payments are processed by WayForPay. Digital delivery follows the process described on the Payment & digital delivery page.

5. Licence and intellectual property

A purchase grants the customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital product for private purposes. The customer may download and make a personal backup copy. Republishing, reselling, sharing access, uploading the files publicly or using them to create a competing product is prohibited unless the seller gives written permission.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are handled under the Refund policy, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

7. Responsibility

The customer remains responsible for personal decisions, messages and actions. To the extent permitted by law, the seller is not responsible for an outcome based on treating general educational material as individual professional advice.

8. Law and changes

These terms are governed by Ukrainian law. Mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s country remain unaffected where they apply. Material changes apply prospectively and will be shown on this page with a new effective date.
